I created Ozimel to test out the Archer kit for the UCC, but unfortunately I never got into him with four other characters to take my energy. I only played him a few times before his playtest certificate expired, but since I restructured him to take off the Archer kit, I have played him a few more times and had some fun. Soon, I may write up some comments from him. 
Living City is a trademark of TSR, Inc. (And now, I suppose, of Wizards of the Coast.) It's used without permission, but I'm certainly not using it with any malicious intent. Hope they don't sue!
